Britt de-renderd his image off the hologrid and his immediate surroundings changed to holochamber 3 back at headquarters. The problem with being a holocop was the fact that each of them operated alone without a partner due to the nature of their working environments.
While the division commanders dealt with this by unofficially assigning each holocop a regular officer "assistant" Britt had yet to choose one. Who ever it would end up being, he'd be damned if it were Michaels.
Britt left the chamber and briefly stopped at his desk. Seeing that he had no messages he put on his jacket and checked a car out of the motor pool heading for club Cybertrax. If his own hologrid was failing on him, then maybe he needed an entirely new matrix engine altogether and Jade, who practically lived over at Cybertrax, was just the skag to get him one.
